Wednesday 12th June, 2013 – 7.15pmauthor_john_doyle_1

Having written two published novels The Last Coachman and This Bitter Land,
with a third novel in the process of publication, John Michael Doyle is well placed to talk about the trials and tribulations involved in writing historical fiction.

John will be talking about his own personal approach to writing, mistakes made and lessons learnt from his own experiences. In the process he will dispel some of the popular misconceptions people hold about writing and writers in general.
